How to get there: From the bus terminal to the hostel takes 5 minutes (walking distance). You will have to take the Avenida 15 de Noviembre and walk approximately 5 minutes towards the hospital Jose Maria Velasco Ibarra (main hospital). In front of the hospital there is a pharmacy with a red sign (it is part of the chain ”Farmacias Economicas”). On the left hand side you will see the entrance of the hostel. 

Summary: from the bus terminal, walk 5 min. in direction to the main hospital. The entrance to the hostel is just in front of the hospital (see picture).
